Description

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in implementing their HR strategies. You will contribute your expertise to improve their processes, strengthen talent management, and optimize their organization. You will also work internally to support our HR development projects.


Requirements

  • Degree in human resources, industrial psychology, management or related field.
  • Prior experience as an HR consultant or in a similar role with a good understanding of talent management and skills development strategies.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, HR audit methods and performance management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, with a keen sense of listening and analysis.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of current HR trends, particularly in digitalisation and diversity management, is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to HR transformation projects, such as the digitalization of processes, the development of training paths and the improvement of corporate culture.
  • Provide training and workshops for client teams on best practices in human resources.
  • Collaborating closely with Academia Alhambra's internal teams to develop innovative training programs.
  • Participate in internal initiatives to strengthen the academy's HR processes and optimize our own talent management.
