Requirements

  • Knowledge of job search tools and techniques, skills development and job market trends.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments to provide holistic support to learners.
  • Proficiency in office software and career management platforms (an asset).

  • Conducting assessment interviews to help learners and clients identify their skills and career goals.
  • Develop personalized development plans based on each individual's needs, ambitions, and career path.
  • Providing advice on job searching, CV writing, interview techniques and networking.
  • Facilitating workshops on topics related to professional development, such as career management, career change, and communication skills.
  • Inform clients about current labor market trends and skills development opportunities.
  • Collaborating with trainers and other members of the teaching team to ensure consistency in supporting learners.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback to motivate them and help them overcome obstacles.
