Description
As an internal training quality auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring the quality of training processes. You will ensure that programs comply with internal and external standards, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our teaching practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 level) in quality management, management, auditing or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role in auditing, quality control, or the training sector is an asset.
- Knowledge of quality standards applicable to training (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
- Analytical skills, critical thinking and rigor in process monitoring
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel and quality management software

Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of training programs to ensure their compliance with quality standards and established learning objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to optimize training processes and tools
- Prepare clear and detailed audit reports, highlighting discrepancies and necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and evaluate their effectiveness
- Collaborating closely with teaching and administrative teams to disseminate best practices in training quality
- Establish performance indicators and monitor quality standards and regulatory requirements in the field of training.
